The Secretary of State to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, in charge of African Affairs, Mrs.Selma Bakhta Mansouri, received on Tuesday, in Algiers, the Deputy Minister of International Cooperation and Economic Integration of the Republic of Liberia, Mr.Ibrahim Bakri Niyi, on the sidelines the 12th edition of the High-Level Forum on Peace and Security in Africa Oran Process.      

The meeting provided an opportunity to assess bilateral cooperation and discuss ways to strengthen it, while exchanging views on major African issues, with an emphasis on the importance of continuing coordination on the topics on the agenda of the UN Security Council.
