Emergency Passport
Conditions:
The Emergency Passport is exceptionally issued and delivered to the Algerian citizens whose application for immigration status regularization has been accepted by the Irish authorities and who need a valid passport to complete their regularization procedure.
Documents Required:
- Application form duly filled and signed by the applicant or by the legal guardian for minors,
- National identity Card or Military card,
- Original birth certificate of the applicant: 12S or E.C 12,
- Original birth certificate of the father or death certificate,
- 4 recent ID photographs,
- Copy of a proof of address in Ireland (any utility bill, lease contract ………etc.),
- Letter from the Immigration Department or a solicitor, stating that the process of regularisation is in progress,
- Certificate of enrolment for students or school children,
- Payment of the passport fees: For students and minors (under 19) 30€ and for others 60 €.
