Emergency Passport

Conditions:

The Emergency Passport is exceptionally issued and delivered to the Algerian citizens whose application for immigration status regularization has been accepted by the Irish authorities and who need a valid passport to complete their regularization procedure.

Documents Required:

•  Application form duly filled and signed by the applicant or by the legal guardian for minors,
•  National identity Card or Military card,
•  Original birth certificate of the applicant: 12S or E.C 12,
• Original birth certificate of the father or death certificate,
• 4 recent ID photographs,
•  Copy of a proof of address in Ireland (any utility bill, lease contract ………etc.),
• Letter from the Immigration Department or a solicitor, stating that the process of regularisation is in progress,
•  Certificate of enrolment for students or school children,
• Payment of the passport fees: For students and minors (under 19) 30€ and for others 60 €.
