Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad and African Affairs , Mr.Ahmed Attaf, representing President of the Republic, Mr.Abdelmadjid Tebboune, on Monday took part in the opening session of the 7th African Union-European Union Summit (24-25 November 2025) in Luanda, Angola.

Held under the theme Promoting Peace and Prosperity through Effective Multilateralism, the AU-EU Summit is being held with the participation of several African and European heads of state.

Participants in the first session will discuss issues of peace, security, and governance in Africa and explore the most effective ways and mechanisms to foster cooperation and partnership between both parties and address all current challenges in this field.
