Mr Attaf holds talks with his Congolese counterpart

The Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs, National Community Abroad, and African Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, held talks on Wednesday, in Brazzaville, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Congo, Jean-Claude Gakosso, as part of his official visit as the special envoy of the President of the Republic, Abdelmadjid Tebboune

This meeting was an opportunity to examine the means to maintain the positive momentum characterizing the relations between the two brotherly countries, in light of the particular interest shown by the presidents of the two countries, notably in the fields of defence, interior, energy, mines, air transport, trade, and higher education.

The two ministers exchanged views on several important issues on the African Union’s agenda in anticipation of the upcoming continental events.
